Have you heard of CARO yet?
For more than 5 years now, something special has been happening in the Efteling Theater. The theatre show CARO premiered in 2018, and plenty of visitors have seen it since. But what exactly can you expect from this theatre show, and how can you book tickets? We tell you all about it in this blog.
What is CARO about?
In CARO you follow the life story of Oscar, together with Meneer en Mevrouw Tijd. They take you on a journey through his life: from childhood to grandad. The show is packed with acrobatics and dance, and there is no spoken dialogue. That makes CARO easy to follow for international guests too.
Efteling fans, take note: the atmosphere of the park is everywhere. Think familiar Efteling music, recognisable places and even iconic characters making an appearance!
Tickets for CARO
The theatre show CARO plays several times a week in the Efteling Theater. Tickets are available from Efteling.
The prices below apply at the time of writing (April 2025):
Regular price: €26.50 per person
Hotel and resort guests: €12.50 per person
Season pass holders: 25% discount (€19.88 per person)
Spot a CARO sign at guest services on the day of your visit? Then you can buy an even cheaper ticket there for that same evening. Good to know: you can also see CARO without a ticket for the park.
