Want a good spot for a parade or show? Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand. For popular shows such as Disney Stars on Parade and Disney Tales of Magic, it's wise to be there an hour in advance.
On quieter days or when it's raining, you can often find a good spot closer to the start time.
Free and paid shows
Most shows and parades in Disneyland Park, such as Disney Stars on Parade and Disney Tales of Magic, are free and included in your admission ticket.
If you'd like something extra, there are paid options available, such as exclusive seating or special seasonal shows. These can often be booked as part of packages or special deals.
Meeting Disney characters
One of the highlights of a visit to Disneyland Park is the chance to meet your favourite Disney characters up close. For Mickey Mouse, head to Meet Mickey Mouse in Fantasyland.
Other popular spots include the Princess Pavilion, where you can meet Disney princesses. There are also meet-and-greet spots at the park entrance and dotted around the themed lands.
To avoid long waits, it's a good idea to visit these spots early in the day.
