We're happy to tell you!
If you fancy a day out at a theme park and you have a dog, you'll naturally want to bring it along.
Good news: dogs are welcome in Duinrell's amusement area, provided you stick to a few conditions. Duinrell is one of the few Dutch theme parks where you can bring your four-legged friend inside. In this blog post, we'll tell you all about it!

Dogs are allowed in the theme park
Duinrell allows dogs in the theme park. However, they must always be kept on a lead and wear a special Duinrell tag, which is available from reception.
You also pay a separate admission fee for each pet. In addition, you're required to carry poo bags with you and use them when needed.
Where are dogs not allowed?
Although dogs are welcome in the theme park, they can't go everywhere. Pets are not allowed in:
- The Tikibad
- Restaurants
- Food Plaza
- The Zomertheater
- Reception

Staying overnight with your dog at Duinrell
Want to stay longer with your dog? Dogs are allowed at Duinrell's campsite, and up to two dogs can stay in certain Comfort Duingalows.
The holiday park is also set amid woodland and dunes, so there are plenty of opportunities for walks.
Is Duinrell a good choice with a dog?
For dog owners who want to combine a day out with a theme park visit, Duinrell is an attractive option. Your dog can come into the park with you and there are plenty of walking opportunities around the park.
Do bear in mind that your dog can't join you on rides, in the Tikibad or in food and drink outlets. On warm days, it's wise to plan for extra water and shady spots.
