Visit Danse Macabre With a disability
Accessible to everyone
A great deal of attention was paid to accessibility when Danse Macabre was being developed. This means people with a disability can visit Danse Macabre easily.

The queue journey
Your visit begins in the queue, which is called the 'wachtreis' (queue journey). At Danse Macabre, every visitor goes in through the same entrance. After the gate, you pass through the kruydentuyn (herb garden) and the graveyard into Het Huyverwoud. Here, as a visitor with a disability, you can choose the right entrance.
You then have the option of going to the choir stalls (via an adapted route). If you choose this, you'll need to walk a short distance to the choir stalls. You'll then watch the regular show.
Can't get out of your wheelchair, or do you have difficulty walking? Then choose to go to ‘t Gewelf. This space beneath the chapel has been fitted out with a special experience for guests with a disability. Thanks to a large screen and light and scent effects, you'll experience Danse Macabre in a lovely way.

Applying for a facilities card
Do you have a disability that means you can't join the regular queues? Then – with a facilities card – you can use the special queues. You can easily apply for your facilities card via the Efteling app.
