The heart of the Efteling
When you visit the Efteling and step inside the Huis van de Vijf Zintuigen, you enter Fantasierijk straight away. Fantasierijk is the centre of the park and has all sorts to offer, from magical attractions such as Symbolica to food and drink outlets such as Polles Keuken to satisfy your hunger.
Entrance area: the Huis van de Vijf Zintuigen
The entrance area, the Huis van de Vijf Zintuigen , is also part of Fantasierijk. Here you'll find, among other things, guest services, the cloakroom, toilets and pushchair and wheelchair hire. If you fancy buying a souvenir straight away, you can do that too: as soon as you walk into the park, you come across the souvenir shop Efteldingen.
Handy facilities
Looking for a cash machine in the park during your day at the Efteling? Then Fantasierijk is the place to be, as this is the only spot in the park where you can withdraw cash.
Did you know the cash machine is hidden inside a life-size treasure chest? Tip: try lifting the big key next to the chest and the treasure chest might just come to life.
Desperate for the loo? There are plenty of toilets in this realm too. You'll find toilets at all the restaurants and at the main entrance.
Unique attractions
As soon as you enter the park, you almost immediately reach Aquanura. The fountain show can be admired at the end of the day, making it the perfect finale before you head home. Be sure to keep an eye on our waiting times page for the show times.
If you walk past Aquanura onto the Pardoes Promenade, you'll find the exciting 4D film Fabula on your right, located in Anderrijk. However, this attraction can only be reached via Fantasierijk. If 4D films aren't your thing, you can also head to Fabula for the large playground.
Hartenhof
At the end of the Pardoes Promenade you'll find the Hartenhof. On this square you'll find, among other things, the attraction Symbolica. In this dark ride you're granted an audience with King Pardulfus, but things don't go quite as planned. Pardoes appears and invites you on a tour of the palace's special rooms.
If you've worked up an appetite after your tour of Symbolica, there are plenty of places to eat and drink on the square. For example, you can pop into De Gebrande Boon for a cup of coffee and a treat. If you'd rather have pancakes, you're welcome at Polles Keuken.
Want a great photo with the Symbolica palace and the Pagode in the background? Then climb onto the small stage with someone from your group and stand in one of the giant shoes for the perfect shot. Pardoes de Tovernar

Food & Drink
If you want to eat somewhere during your day at the Efteling, Fantasierijk has you covered. There are all kinds of dining options in Fantasierijk. Want to start your day gently with breakfast or a treat? Then head to the Fabula Restaurant on the Pardoes Promenade. Prefer a tasty lunch or dinner? Then go to Pinokkio’s Restaurant for a delicious Italian dish. Pinokkio’s Restaurant is located next to the Efteling Theater.
Fantasierijk is also the place for a quick bite. There are plenty of counter-service outlets and stalls for a tasty snack.
