New pass types
Efteling has announced three new types of season pass: Classic, Plus and Premium. What do these new passes look like and what's going to change? We've rounded it all up for you.
Classic
The Classic pass is the cheapest option. For €20 a month or €225 a year, you get 290 days of access to the park. You also still get 50% off two friend tickets and up to 25% off an overnight stay at one of the Efteling accommodations.
Please note! This is the only pass type without a discount on food, drink and souvenirs.
Plus
The Plus pass is the slightly pricier choice. For €25 a month or €275 a year, you get 340 days of access to the park. And just like with the Classic pass, you get 50% off two friend tickets and up to 25% off an overnight stay. During your stay you'll also receive a little extra in the form of a welcome drink and a snack.
Unlike the Classic pass, the Plus pass gives you 5% off food, drink and souvenirs.
Premium
That brings us to the most expensive pass type. The Premium pass costs €35 a month or €390 a year. But what do you get for that price?
This pass gives you 365 days of access to Efteling and, just like the other pass types, 50% off friend tickets. But with the Premium pass, it's not two but four friend tickets.
On top of that, just like with the other two pass types, you get up to 25% off your overnight stay, and you receive a luxury extra in the form of a welcome drink and a sharing board
You also get a unique souvenir with your pass and access to a special event for pass holders.
Good to know!
You bought an Efteling season pass before these changes were made. So what exactly does this mean for you?
You don't need to worry about your current pass. It remains valid until the minimum term has been reached or until your annual pass expires automatically.
However, from 15 April to 10 June 2024, no new passes will be sold for the time being. But if you took out a pass with annual payment before 11 June 2024, you'll still get 5% off food, drink and souvenirs.
For those who use parking passes: these remain unchanged, whether you already have one or want to buy one.
