Toilets and First Aid
You'll find toilets dotted all around the park, often right next to major attractions or themed lands. Handy tip: the park map and the app show you exactly where they are. Need medical help, or have medication that needs to be kept cool? Head to the first aid centre next to First Aid by the castle.
Charging Points and AEDs
Phone almost dead? You'll find charging points and power bank rental machines in various spots around the park. AEDs (defibrillators) are available, and you can locate them via the Disneyland Paris app or at Guest Services.
Shopping Service and Water Fountains
Don't fancy lugging bags around all day? With the Shopping Service, you can have your purchases stored free of charge and pick them up later in Disney Village or at your Disney hotel. Thirsty? There are drinking water fountains spread throughout the park, which you can also find via the app.
Guest Services and Cash Machines
For questions, reservations or special services (such as accessibility passes), head to City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A.
This is also where you'll find cash machines and the place to report or collect lost property. Good to know: found items are often only processed later in the day, so it's worth checking back again if needed.
