This disclaimer applies to pretparkgids.nl and to the translated versions on themeparkguide.com, .de, .es, .fr and .it. The websites are owned by PretParkGids / ThemeParkGuide (Chamber of Commerce number 88765881).

PretParkGids contains links to partners, for example for tickets, hotels and holidays. Some of these are affiliate links: if you buy or book through one of these links, we receive a small commission from the partner. It doesn't cost you anything extra. This is how we keep the guide free and independent. Which parks, hotels and tips we cover, and what we think of them, does not depend on these commissions. You can read what the partners do with cookies in our privacy statement.

For hotels and holiday homes around the parks, we work with partners including Booking.com. If you book accommodation on Booking.com through one of our hotel links, we receive a small commission. The price you pay stays the same.

Independent

PretParkGids is an independent guide. We are not affiliated with the parks, hotels or events we write about, unless we clearly state so. Names such as Efteling, Disneyland Paris and Disney are trademarks of their respective owners; we only use them to describe what an article is about.

Advertisements

The site shows advertisements from Google AdSense. Google decides which advertisements you see. An advertisement is not a recommendation from us.

Information without guarantee

We visit the parks ourselves and do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date. Even so, information may be outdated or incomplete: parks sometimes change attractions, prices, opening times and rules quickly. So always check important details, such as opening times and ticket prices, on the park's website before you go. We are not liable for any damage resulting from your reliance on the information on these websites.

Waiting times and prices

The waiting times come directly from the parks and from Queue-Times.com and are updated automatically. They are indications: the actual waiting time may differ. The 'from' price for tickets is taken from the park's public price page. The price you pay is always shown in the ticket shop of the park or the partner.

Translations

The English, German, Spanish, French and Italian versions are translated automatically from Dutch with the help of AI. They may contain errors. In case of doubt, the Dutch text on pretparkgids.nl prevails.

We link to other people's websites, such as parks, ticket shops and hotels. We are not responsible for the content of those websites, and a link does not mean that we endorse everything on that website.

Photos and texts

The texts, photos and videos on these websites belong to PretParkGids, unless another source is credited, as with press photos from the parks. You may not reproduce them without our permission. Want to use something? Email info@pretparkgids.nl; it's often possible with a credit.
