Dressed practically for your day out
If you're heading off for a day at your favourite theme park, it's a good idea to think carefully about what you'll wear. Is it going to rain, or will it be really hot? Are you planning to go on rides, or not at all? We've put together a list of the best clothing tips for your day out!

Layers
Wearing layers is a sensible choice. Think of a T-shirt with a jumper over it, for example, or bring a cardigan along.
That way you can take something off if it turns out to be too warm, or put something on when it gets cold. And if you still end up too hot or too cold, you can often pick up a T-shirt or jumper at one of the souvenir shops.
Keep the weather in mind
Check the weather forecast the day before so you can adjust your choice of clothing accordingly. If it's going to be a very hot day, it's unpleasant to walk around in clothes that are too warm. You can always cool off in the Piraña, too.
Also bear in mind whether there's a chance of rain. If so, make sure you bring enough water-repellent clothing or a raincoat.

Trousers
If you're planning to go on lots of rides, such as Python and Baron 1898, it's wise not to wear skirts or dresses. These can be a bit awkward when getting on and off, and can also be rather impractical during the ride.
If you'd still like to wear a skirt or dress, we recommend wearing cycling shorts underneath, for example.
Comfortable shoes
One of the most important things to consider is, of course, your shoes. On a day out you usually do quite a lot of walking.
It would be a shame to take a stroll through the Sprookjesbos and end up with sore feet. So leave De Rode Schoentjes in the wardrobe and opt for something comfortable. Trainers, for example.
