Europa-Park

Our tips:

Travel across all of Europe in a single day!

Europa-Park opened in 1975 and is located in Rust, between the Black Forest and the Vosges. Here you'll wander through 21 themed areas with more than 100 rides and shows, making it ideal for families and coaster fans.

Attractions

Europa-Park has 14 roller coasters, the best known being Silver Star, blue fire Megacoaster and the wooden Wodan. In the Croatian themed area you can ride Voltron Nevera powered by Rimac, and for the whole family there's the water ride Poseidon and the Voletarium, where the dream of flying comes true. Young children will have fun in Grimms Märchenwald and the Königreich der Minimoys.

Food and drink

In the themed areas you eat food that matches the country, such as Greek dishes at the Taverna Mykonos, pizza at the Pizzeria Venezia and hearty meals at the Seehaus. Jack's DELI serves fresh vegan snacks, and there are also plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options. In total there are more than 50 themed restaurants and bars.

Travel through 21 themed areas

Each area has its own architecture, music and food, from Italy and Greece to Iceland and the new Monaco. So eat in the area you're exploring and you'll feel like you're on a mini holiday.

Stay overnight at the resort

Next to the park are six four-star hotels and the western town of Silver Lake City with lodges, tipis and camping. That way you can start the next day without a long journey.

Combine with Rulantica

The Rulantica water park is close by. On the official website you'll find combination tickets under the name Ride & Slide.

Entertainment

The show programme has won several Brass Ring Awards and includes performances in the Globe Theater, among other venues, and films in the Magic Cinema 4D. Children can meet Ed and Edda from the JUNIOR CLUB, and during Halloween and winter there are dedicated shows and parades.
