The attraction is designed around a theme inspired by the future and outer space. Visitors take a seat in one of the rockets, which revolve around a central axis. The rockets can move up and down, giving you a panoramic view over Discoveryland.
The ride
On Orbitron you climb into a rocket and take hold of the lever to control the height of your flight. As the rockets spin around the central axis, you can vary your height for a dynamic ride. The view from the rocket offers a unique perspective on the park, especially at sunset.
